Through a variety of national and executive roles, Princepaul has scaled and restructured entrepreneurial initiatives. His skill set includes program development, strategic planning, financial oversight, executive management, public speaking, and leadership development. In all that he does, Princepaul strives to blend big-picture understanding and strategy while fostering equity in the workplace and leadership development in those around him.
He is a holder of MSc Health, Safety and Environmental Engineering from Columbia University and an Environmental Engineering H.Nd from Nigeria.

Tangela is the Director of Operations and HR at Lahor. With over 20 years majoring in Psychology. Tangela’s personal experiences with mental health served as her inspiration for pursuing this field because they showed her the importance of having a clear understanding of mental health and better mental health programs in the community.

Tangela’s personal experiences with mental health served as her inspiration for pursuing this field because they showed her the importance of having a clear understanding of mental health and better mental health programs in the community.
She currently works as an Applied Behavioral Analysis Technician. There she works hands-on with children who experience mental illness and disorders. She knows how important it is to raise awareness of mental health illnesses and to provide effective treatment for all people suffering from them, so she is interested in learning more about non-profit organizations and initiatives that help foster change.

Candace applies her expertise in health and strategic impact to lead LAHOR ‘strategy, program identification and review, and knowledge management. She is a dynamic public health professional with experience in corporate philanthropic strategy development, program management, research, and evaluation.
Candace holds a Bsc in Psychology from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale.
